HELP

#1:
Many links are indicated by a crude "button", an underlined asterisk * to the left of the text that describes the linked material. To follow such links, just click on the * button.

#2:
Not all underlined text is linked. Some text is underlined just to emphasize it.

Does your web browser change your screen's cursor when you drag your mouse over a link? If so, use this to help you distinguish links from underlined text.

#3:
The only links on many pages are the "Next Page", "Previous Page", and "Go Elsewhere" links displayed at the bottom of the sceen. This is especially true of the testimony, where the Next Page and Previous Page links enable you to easily flip pages.

To jump around in the testimony, follow the Go Elsewhere link to the Table of Contents and then click on the number of the page to which you want to jump, or click on one of the links beneath the Table to go to another transcript ...
